This legal agreement ("Agreement") is made between you, the individual or entity using the Eiru application and its services (collectively "Eiru"), and Eiru Team ("we", "us"). By installing, launching, or otherwise using Eiru, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use Eiru.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract. Your use of Eiru signifies your acceptance of all provisions contained herein, including any amendments made by us in the future (see Section 8 for details on updates).
To use Eiru, you must be at least 17 years old. By accessing Eiru, you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older. Persons under the age of 17 are not authorized to use Eiru.
Certain functionalities of Eiru require account registration. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password. All activities performed under your account shall be your responsibility. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
Eiru is provided for legal and personal purposes only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rights of third parties when using Eiru.
You shall not engage in any of the following activities: violating any laws, regulations, or the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others; attempting to gain unauthorized access to Eiru’s systems, other users’ accounts, or related networks; impairing, disrupting, or damaging Eiru’s functionality or introducing malicious code (such as viruses or worms); or posting, transmitting, or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene.
Our [Privacy Policy] explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using Eiru, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, no online service can ensure absolute security. You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with transmitting and storing data online, and you assume those risks.
All logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, and other materials contained in Eiru are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use Eiru in accordance with this Agreement. No other rights, express or implied, are granted.
When you submit or share content ("User Content") through Eiru, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Eiru. You retain ownership of your User Content, but this license is necessary for Eiru to function as intended.
Eiru is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that Eiru will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Eiru, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Eiru at any time, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in any unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use Eiru shall immediately cease. We may retain or delete your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. The revised Agreement will be posted within Eiru or sent to you via email. Your continued use of Eiru after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Eiru Team is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction governing this Agreement, in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

Your use of Eiru confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using Eiru immediately.
