Eiru Team (“we”) built the Eiru app to prioritize your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use Eiru, and your rights related to that data. By using the app, you agree to our practices here.
You control your personal data—here’s what you can do:
· See what information we have about you.
· Fix any mistakes in that information.
· Ask us to delete your data (legal rules may stop this in some cases).
· Tell us to stop using your data for specific reasons.
· Get your data in a format that works for moving to another app.
To use these rights, email MISS2813@163.com.
We may update this policy sometimes. If we make big changes (like how we collect or share data), we’ll tell you via the app or email. Keep using Eiru after changes mean you accept the new terms.
We only collect what we need to make Eiru work well:
Your name, email, and contact details. You can add extra things to your profile (like preferences) if you want—this is optional.
Which parts of the app you use, how long you’re on it, how often you open it, and what you do while using it (e.g., saving a setting).
Your device type (e.g., iPhone 15), operating system (e.g., Android 14), and network info (e.g., WiFi or data).
We only collect your location if you give permission—this is for features that need it (e.g., nearby recommendations). You can turn this off anytime in your device settings.
We use your data to improve your Eiru experience:
· To make the app better, more personalized, and keep it running smoothly.
· To send you important updates, notifications, and replies to your questions.
· To understand how people use Eiru, so we can build features users want.
We never sell your data. We only share it in these cases:
Third parties who help us with things like app development or data analysis. They must follow strict rules to keep your info safe, and can’t use it for their own needs.
If we have to (e.g., a court order or government request), we’ll share your data—but only what’s required by law.
If we merge with another company, get bought, or sell our assets, your data may transfer with the business. The new owner will still follow this policy to protect your info.
We keep your data only as long as we need it (for the reasons above) or as the law says. Once we don’t need it anymore, we’ll delete it securely or make it anonymous (so no one can link it to you).
We use standard security tools to stop unauthorized access to your data. But no online service is 100% safe—you can help by using a strong password and not sharing your login.
Eiru isn’t for anyone under 17. We don’t try to collect info from kids. If we accidentally get info from a kid, we’ll delete it right away.
If you have questions or worries about this policy or how we handle your info, email MISS2813@163.com.
